Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year 2007” in Ukraine

10 December 2007, Kyiv. Mrs. Chislenko, General Director of EVU II'  portfolio company Chalsen Trade Ltd., a pharmaceutical retail chain operating under the brand name Vitalux, was nominated "Best Woman Enterpreneur in Ukraine for 2007." Ernst & Young's "Enterpreneur of the Year" is the world's most prestigious business award for enterpreneurs. Outstanding persons as Mr. Kinach, Minister of Economy, Mr. Zakchariev, Head of EBRD in Ukraine, Mr. Edwards, Head of London Stock Exchange in Ukraine, Mr. Kolodjuk, General Director of Aventures Holding, and Mr. Svistich from Ernst & Young composed the panel which decided on the most successful enterpreneurs in Ukraine.

Anatoliy Kinakh, Minister of Economy of Ukraine said, “It is very important for Ukraine to participate in international contests like the "Entrepreneur of the Year", as this contributes to Ukraine’s image in the global business environment. Today, a company can win in a fierce competition only by being smarter and more persistent than others, and being able to promote its interests in a modern, democratic, and market-driven way.”
